Unlike many designers who focus the majority of their efforts on
creating new
pieces for the jewelry market, Amorini has made it
their priority to service the gift industry. Founded
in 2002, Amorini has already developed a very comprehensive
line of charms and seem to distinguish their brand
identity with an extensive use
of stones. In fact, their signature charm, the Bandiera
della Liberta features 117 stones embedded in an 18K gold pendant.
Amorini's web site states the following, "From
picturesque Tuscany, the artistic heart of Italy,
each Amorini's fine hand-crafted line originates
from our own skilled and committed goldsmiths
in our Italian design studio." I
was a little confused when I first read this as
some companies claim their charms are designed
in Italy and then made elsewhere. Amorini has confirmed
with Italian Charms Resource that their charms
are made in Tuscany, Italy. Our review of this
company would indicate that they use first rate
materials and are committed to the gift store industry.
In order to support retailers, Amorini offers an attractive point of purchase
display, custom gift boxes, and certificates of quality.
New products include their line of wood charm bracelets featuring charms made
from Tulipwood, Rosewood, Ebony, Snakewood, Amboya-Narra, Maple, and Guaiaco.
